QuestionPro User Guide

NOTE: Due to restrictions on Qualtrics API Access, it is not available to all users and is only provided to those with significant survey data migration needs. If you need to migrate 20 or more surveys, please contact lib_ref@um.edu.mo to apply for Qualtrics API Access activation.

1. Copy Datacenter ID and API Token from Qualtrics

1. Log in to Qualtrics via https://umac.au1.qualtrics.com
2. Log in with your UMPASS account.
3. Click the circle icon in the top-right corner
4. Select "Account Settings"
5. Copy the "Datacenter ID" and API "Token"

2. Importing data into QuestionPro: API

1. Log in to QuesitonPro (https://umac.questionpro.com.au/) and click the circle icon in the top-right corner
2. Select "Integrations"
3. Click on "Qualtrics Data Import"
4. Click on "API"
5. Click on "Import Surveys"
6. Paste your Qualtrics API "Token" ID and "Datacenter ID" in the corresponding fields
7. Click on "Next"
8. Select the Surveys to import
9. Select the types of responses you would like to import
10. Click on "Import" (Importing the surveys may take some time. Once the process is complete, users will receive a notification email from QuestionPro.)
