QuestionPro Users Guide

QuestionPro is an online survey platform provided to current University of Macau (the “UM) staff and students (the “Users”) for creating, distributing, and analyzing surveys. Please read the following information before applying a QuesitonPro account.
QuestionPro 是一個提供給澳門大學（「澳大」）現職教職員及在讀學生（「用戶」）使用的線上調查平台，用於創建、發佈和分析問卷調查。請在申請QuestionPro帳號前先閱讀以下資訊。

NOTE: The subscription to QuestionPro is valid until 30 June 2026. Renewal of the subscription will be subject to usage evaluation. Users intending to use QuestionPro must evaluate the potential impact of subscription termination.
注意：QuestionPro 訂購有效期至2026年6月30日，續訂與否將根據使用情況進行評估。有意使用 QuestionPro的用戶，務必要評估停訂QuestionPro帶來的潛在影響。

Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read and make sure you understand the following terms and conditions.

1. This service is provided by QuestionPro Inc. All surveys and data collected will be stored outside Macao. During account creation, users’ first name, last name, affiliated faculty or department, UM email address, and UMPASS user ID will be transmitted to QuestionPro. UM has notified the Personal Data Protection Bureau regarding the transfer of personal data.
2. Users must ensure that content distributed through QuestionPro and the handling of collected data comply with all laws and regulations of the Macao Special Administrative Region, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act. (Disclaimer: The University of Macau bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from users’ use of QuestionPro.)
3. Users should use QuestionPro exclusively for academic research or administrative projects affiliated with UM and are strictly prohibited from using it for any commercial purposes. In case of violation of these terms, UM reserves the right to suspend the QuestionPro access of the offending user.
4. UM reserves the right to terminate access and delete any associated surveys or data upon a User’s separation or withdrawal from UM. Users are responsible for backing up their surveys and data before leaving UM.
5. UM reserves the right to amend from time to time this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
6. By registering for a QuestionPro account, Users accept unconditionally comply with the above terms and conditions.

使用條款與條件

用戶申請UM-QuestionPro 帳戶即視為同意遵守以下使用條款與條件。請仔細閱讀並確保理解以下條款與條件：

1. 此服務由 QuestionPro Inc. 提供。所有調查問卷和收集的數據將儲存在澳門以外地區。在帳戶創建過程中，用戶的姓名、所屬學院或部門、澳大電子郵件地址以及 UMPASS ID 將被傳送至 QuestionPro。澳大已向個人資料保護局通報有關個人資料轉移的情況。
2. 用戶須確保透過QuestionPro平台發佈之內容及所收集資料之處理，均符合所有澳門特別行政區的法律法規，包括但不限於《個人資料保護法》。（免責聲明：澳門大學對用戶因使用QuestionPro而產生之任何違法後果概不承擔責任。）
3. 用戶僅可將 QuestionPro 用於與澳門大學相關之學術研究或校務項目，嚴禁用於任何商業用途。若違反本條款，澳大有權暫停違規用戶之 QuestionPro 使用權。
4. 用戶離職、退學或畢業後，澳大保留停用其 QuestionPro 帳戶並刪除相關問卷與數據之權利。用戶有責任於離校前自行備份其問卷與數據。
5. 澳大得隨時逕行修訂本使用條款與條件而不作另行公告。
6. 用戶註冊 QuestionPro 帳戶即表示無條件接受並遵守上述條款及條件。
